About the Event

Reveal The True You (or your original constitution) with Ayurveda

is for you if you want to pamper yourself while discovering the Ayurvedic medicine and its benefits applied to your daily life: too often we no longer understand our body, no longer know what to eat or what is the issue. We have tried endless diets and despite everything, the unbalance persists.

This wellbeing day will allow you to reveal your original constitution through Ayurveda, Yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic workshops: you’ll discover your dosha, or unique constitution, better understand the foods that aggravate your unique nature, and those that balance it through simple recipes. You will see your psychological and physiological traits revealed and learn to determine the nature of your disharmonies as well as the ways to maintain or regain health.

The Objective


Discover, escape and feel good: this day is a journey deep into our intimate, physical, psychological and soul nature. You will experience a deep well-being by participating in a yoga practice (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. The Ayurvedic workshops will allow to perceive your health and wellbeing from another and more holistic perspective and will teach you tricks which will make so much sense they will feel miraculous.

You will leave rested, rejuvenated, armed with information that will help you in your therapeutic journey, applicable at home, on a daily basis.

True happiness must be sought through self-knowledge. When you reconnect to the source of your unique nature, you act in accordance with nature as a whole, regain your vital energy, elevate your soul. You’ll feel able to return to your daily life rejuvenated and at peace.

  • 10Am        What is your Dosha? the 5 Elements, the 3 doshas. How to use   this                                   knowledge?

  • 12Pm        Workshop: Preparation of a sattvic dish. The use of the 6 tastes to restore                          balance

  • 1Pm          Ayurvedic lunch

  • 2Pm         Rest around the pool

  • 2:30Pm    Diagnosis of imbalance and how to restore health

  • 3:30Pm    Simple recipes of Ayurvedic herbal blends to balance your dosha

  • 4:30Pm    Yoga & Sound Meditation (Gong and Tibetan bowls)

  • 5:30Pm    Closing of the circle, sharing and questions

  • 6Pm          End

The Organisers


Nadege is a certified Yoga teacher (YTT 200) as well as an acupuncturist trained in traditional Chinese medicine. Eve "Mehei" is certified as a Zen Yoga instructor (YTT450), a Gong and Tibetan Bowls master and an Ayurvedic practitioner.

We organise these playful and holistic well-being experiences, weaving our offerings of yoga, breath work, meditation, liberating explorations of voice and movement with music, Sound Baths, Ceremonies and Dance, motivated by our a vision of inclusion and brotherhood for each of us to realise our own nature. Our mission as retreat guides is to create a sacred and safe space and to support each participant wherever they are on their healing path of self-discovery.

  • Comfortable outfit (track suit, sweat pants, sportswear or yoga outfit, sweatshirt or blanket – your body temperature decreases during a sound bath)
