A wellness retreat

Immerse yourself in the forest of the Alpes de Haute Provence for 3 days and 2 nights. In the spa town of Digne-les-Bains, we will realign our energy centers or "Chakra": Expect Yoga in the forest, walking and danced Meditations, sound baths, breathwork, knowledge and building a community, joy and to reconnect to yourself

Modern times think of humans in a mechanical way: we treat illnesses as if we were machines, often forgetting what separates us from them: our soul, our subtle energies, our conscience, our heart!

 

The 7 chakras are wheels of energy that come from Indian tantric philosophy. The ancients thought of the world in terms of energy and vibrations. But these are constantly affected by the events of daily life: stress, relationships, work, food, etc. When you are insulted or reprimanded, your Being (or energy) shrinks and contracts, but when you are in love, fulfilled and in balance, you expand, grow and become your best self. The 7 energy centers are an effective tool to harmonize at the same time, the physical, the mental and what is in the domain of the soul.

 

During these 2 days, we will restore the integrity of each of our 7 energy centers and bring this vital energy from the root to the crown, activating each center to bring balance and alignment.

Friday September 9th - 4pm welcome

4PM Let's meet: our expectations and our objectives for this weekend of joy and communion

5PM YOGA, Activation of the 7 chakras

First Yoga class for the weekend: a restorative adventure to start aligning and activating those dormant energies

6:30 PM VEGETARIAN DINNER

8PM SOUND BATH IN NATURE

With the forest as your host, dive straight into sounds and relaxation and leave everyday stress and worries behind.

Saturday September 10th

8AM  BASIC NEEDS YOGA & MEDITATION

This morning we focus on the root, sacral and solar energy centers. Survival, desire and manifestation are at the center of our yoga session

9:30 BREAKFAST

10:30 WORKSHOP: SURVIVAL, DESIRES AND ACTION

We approach the first 3 basic chakras which organize our primordial needs. You will identify your own imbalances and fears before we balance and activate the centers that govern our need for security, our desire and our ability to act.

1PM VEGETARIAN LUNCH & REST AT THE SWIMMING POOL

3PM - 16:30 HEART CHAKRA YOGA

Expect to feel expansion, love and inclusion

5PM HEART CHAKRA DANCE, MEDITATION AND MANDALA

We dive deeper into the heart chakra: feel your heart and its expansion through a dance of self-expression, meditate on your heart and relationships, be creative and grow through mandala coloring

7PM VEGETARIAN DINNER

8:30PM SOUNDBATH: GROUND, FEEL & SHINE

Nothing better than a beautiful sound immersion before a full night rest - this session will seal the works of the day before you head to your cabin for a night filled with dreams

Sunday September 11 

8AM WALKING MEDITATION AND YOGA IN THE FOREST

We walk in the forest this morning: a meditative and silent walk in nature followed by a yoga class to reach new heights and connect to your soul

9:30  BREAKFAST

10:30 WORKSHOP: SOUL CHAKRAS BALANCING

Today we speak to the 3 higher and subtle chakras which bring balance to our ability to be in tune with our true nature, to see things clearly as they are, and to experience peace. and shine.

1PM VEGETARIAN LUNCH AND RELAXATION BY THE POOL

3PM CIRCLE: SHARING & CONCLUSION

The Organisers

 

Nadege is a certified Yoga teacher (YTT 200) as well as an acupuncturist trained in traditional Chinese medicine. Eve is certified as a Zen Yoga instructor (YTT450), a Gong and Tibetan Bowls master and an Ayurvedic practitioner.

We organise these holistic well-being experiences, weaving our offerings of yoga, breath work, meditation, liberating explorations and movement with music, Sound Baths, Ceremonies and Dance, motivated by our a vision of inclusion and brotherhood for each of us to realise our own nature. Our mission as retreat guides is to create a sacred and safe space and to support each participant wherever they are on their healing journey and path of self-discovery.

The Place

We welcome you in the countryside of the town of Aix les bains. Our cute wooden bungalows are nestled at the edge of the forest. The camp offers a swimming pool and all amenities, as well as the possibilities for walks in nature and by a lake.

The bungalows have a double bed, a kitchen, bathroom, toilets, and a small living area as well as their own, piece of terrace to write, think or read in the evenings.

How To get There
​

The exact address will be communicated to you after you’ve have made your booking.

​

  1. By road Coming from the south, A51 motorway towards Sisteron, Peyruis and Digne-les-Bains exit.

  2. Coming from the north, from Grenoble, take the A480 motorway then the A51 towards Sisteron, then take the D 1075 towards Sisteron, via the Col de Lus la Croix-Haute. Follow Sisteron then take the N 85 towards Digne-les-Bains.

  3. By train From Paris, "le Briançonnais" will take you to Veynes. Then change to St-Auban, then take the bus to Digne-les-Bains.

  4. From Nice, "le train des Pignes" will take you to Digne-les-Bains.

  5. From Marseille, take the train to St-Auban, then the bus to Digne-les-Bains.

  6. By TGV to Aix en Provence TGV station then connections by bus (LER26) to Digne-les-Bains.

  7. By plane to Marseille airport, then take LER 26 to Digne les Bains. Nice airport, then take LER 31 to Digne les Bains.

  • Comfortable outfits (track suit, sweat pants, sportswear or yoga gear

  • a sweatshirt or blanket – your body temperature decreases during a sound bath, and the evenings ca be cool

  • a bathing suit and a towel
