About the EventÂ
You might be a yoga teacher or a health professional wanting to add Sound to your practice. Or you could just want to learn how to use the Tibetan Bowls in the context of your family life.
Either way, come for a full day training and learn how to play the bowls, their effects and how to incorporate the practice to your existing professional activities or home life.
Module 1 covers:
- Space Clearing, Aura cleansing and Sound Bathing for groups or individuals.
- Get familiar with the bowls and mallets: how to play & the desired effect
- Applications and benefits
- Play for small groups: organising a Sound Bath, rules & regulations, contra-indications, safety
- Aquire your first Bowl
- You'll recieve your Module1 certificate at the end of the day.
Note: this module is a prerequisite to Module 2
