Service Description

The first ayurvedic consultation is an hour and half during which we go extensively into your dietary and lifestyle habits. You'll tell me about the issue and symptoms. At the end, you receive recommendations, a food list and a prescription for herbal medicines (if need be) which will support you in your efforts to heal. The ayurvedic process allows you to understand the nature of the imblance, our own nature (or dosha) and is a true long term investment into your health. It's not about diets and constraints, it's about understanding what you're made off and what is the root cause of the imbalance. Only then, can we manage ourselves through a lifetime.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations and to reschedule: Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date/time or reschedule without refund. Appointments which have not been cancelled at least 24h before start time are refundable at 50% of their value.
