Apple & Cinnamon Water to Lose Weight

This drink will help you lose weight. Have it on an empty stomach to start your day. Avoid having a coffee or a black tea on an empty stomach and instead keep this for when you have breakfast (and limit their consumption to 1 a day if possible.

An apple a day keeps the weight away. You can eat 1 apple every day but away from meals (not as a dessert).

This, is a detoxifying drink thanks to the properties of the cinnamon as it naturally increases metabolism and is good in controlling fat level (very good to reduce cholesterol) et blood sugar levels. This is a good fat burning drink especially in summer.



  • 1 stick of cinnamon

  • a quarter to half a peeled apple

  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar


How to:

(note: do not add ice as in the picture! and for increased properties this drink should be taken as a tea, not cold)

  1. In pot, add the equivalent of a full large mug of water

  2. Add the cinnamon stick and the piece of apple

  3. Bring to the boil

  4. Leave to cool a bit – when warm…

  5. Add a tsp of apple cider vinegar

  6. And drink on an empty stomach
